Extremely courteous and professional staff and property is well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. Front Office Supervisor Aziz Sadulloyev was very helpful and accommodated all our requests. There are local supermarkets, restaurants and shops for all your needs. We even visited Papa Johns which was at a walkable distance. We got bumped up and got a better room. We were extremely happy with our stay would like to stay here in our future trips.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, especially Abdul Aziz, who was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also facilitated smooth payment through card, making the whole experience hassle-free. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, 5-7min taxi ride from Train Southern Station. The bed was very comfortable. Great idea of violin music during breakfast.

Reception staff very helpful. Speak good English. Good location, although difficult to flag a taxi, reception always called a cab and it would arrive within 10 minutes. Very close to airport and only 15 minutes from centre by taxi ( which are very cheap) Nice gym and spa area. Very nice rooms. Live pianist at breakfast, who was very good.

Staff was very polite and understanding. They had no available rooms so they upgraded our stay to presidential room. It was a great expirience.
